SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will incur a flat shipping rate of $8.95 for urban areas and $14.95 for rural areas. All orders are tracked and delivered by NZ Post. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been dispatched.
Timeframe for my order to be dispatched
All products are made-to-order or personalised and therefore it all depends on the complexity of the production process.
Please see below for estimated timeframes:

Made to order products that are not personalised: 5 - 10 business days

Products that are personalised: 10 - 15 business days

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and production of great quality products. We are, however, only human and sometimes things don't go according to plan. We will do our very best to rectify any errors or faults on our part and apologise in advance if this happens.

All products sold on the website are either made-to-order or personalised and we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced, unless the mistake was an error on our part.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on a product due to an error on the part of the customer when entering the personalisation details, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully before checkout.

We quality check all products before it is sent out, but in the unfortunate event it arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us via chat or email and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping and will be the responsibility of the customer.
